I purchased my newly constructed home and this was installed by the builder. The microwave is my most used appliance since I meal prep and eat 5-6 meals a day. I like the features for warming and reheating, and how it is spacious inside. It is convenient to add extra heating time with one button. Appearance wise, I like how it fits so well as a built in and the blue inside is very nice. One of my 2 complaints is that after only 6 months, the open button is starting to stick. When it happened for the first time recently, I had to press the button hard several times for it to open. This lasted for a few days & then was back to almost normal. I’m not sure if it has something to do with my 2nd complaint- it gets very steamy inside and stays that way after heating food. I wonder if it was so steamy inside that it got to the mechanism that opens the door when pressed. Maybe the moisture was causing it to stick (I can’t confirm, but if it happens again, I will utilize my warranty and request service). I’ve used plenty of other microwaves that got steamy, I expect that, but this one gets excessively steamy that the condensation drips down the door & the inside stays wet. The only way for the inside to dry it out is to leave the door open or wipe the entire interior surface. Overall a good product, but the 2 complaints are annoying and I hope neither cause any issues that affect the lifetime of microwave.
