Moved in to a new house with all Samsung Appliance,not only was Microwave a problem, everything else was too. Try to blame it on everything else, except the poor quality of it’s products.

from the very beginning ive had issues with this model. i ended up having this installed as a built in with the trim kit but had to use as a countertop until the installer was available. i purchased 3 microwaves because the first 2 were wobbly and uneven on my counter.it is very loud when in operation and not very user friendly as my previous ge. now a few months after my manufacturer warranty has expired the microwave no longer heats food. very disappointing and i shouldve taken heed to the reviews about this microwave.

I bought this months ago to go with all the other stainless appliances after renovation. Looks awesome and all the features are kid friendly for our family. Especially for our 6 year old who loves popcorn.
