Does Not Last - Died in 14 months

as others have mentioned this microwave stopped working in hardly even a years worth of use. the microwave stopped heating and conveniently the warranty is only for 1 year and mine stopped working in 14 months. support refused to work with me besides wanting to send out a service tech at my cost which was half the microwave cost. spend your money elsewhere with a company that stands behind their products.

after 3 years of use, the convection oven function degraded, displaying the message c-d0 after the system warmed up after baking for a few minutes. was unable to arrange service & repair through samsung.

i ordered this microwave as well as the trim kit. the first microwave i received had a dent in the top of it (with no visible damage to the box or damage to the turn table which sits on top for shipping). the second microwave i received has scratches on the top in the same location, again no damage to the turn table or box. the kicker, even if i want to live with the scratches, the trim kit that i purchased does not fit the microwave!! part numbers verified for both the microwave as well as the trim kit. an hour later and 5 different conversations i have yet to talk to someone that knows what is needed. tech support wants you to go sales, sales wants you to go to a different sales. going to just return everything at this point and go with someone else.

i bought this microwave, but the turning plate seem like it sticks to something under the plate, it seems like it scrap on something then have a hard time turning? any ideas? i love the microwave, works great. also, hope they make the 27" trim kit available.

Vague and Incomplete User Guide

looks great but the user guide is so vague and missing so much information. the only way you’ll be able to use all the functions you’re paying for is if you watch a few youtube videos from customers.
