We have a Frigidaire refrigerator which has performed well. Amazon reviews on this air conditioner were mixed. We chose this unit based on brand name. Negative views were baseless.

Needed to purchase a new 12K BTU Window AC since the new windows that were installed were to small for the AC we had. This unit does a decent cooling but does taken a little longer (1-2hrs) to cool the 1st floor compared to the older one we had.

I was skeptical that this small unit would help keep my house cool. Its cool now! Thermostat is set to 72 because of the high heat and humidity where I love. My 5 bedroom house is now comfortable and not matching the outside temp
