Full Time Appliance Service TechnicianJob Description: We are currently looking to fill the position of in-home, Appliance Service Technician. The position includes repairing major home appliances in our customer’s home. Product categories to be repaired include:
Requirements: Prefer 2-3 years prior experience, but not mandatory. Good mechanical skills and communication skills are needed. Experience/certified in refrigeration recovery helpful. Applicant must posses a valid Nebraska driver’s license, good driving record. Ability to lift 70lbs. We are a drug free workplace, and do require a pre-employment drug screen and background check. RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description: Assist our customers with their customer service requests via a variety of communication channels phone, email, text, online, etc
•
Provide excellent customer service in store, over the phone & online; Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, active listening, empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills; Maintain professional communication with customers & coworkers
•
Answer a large volume of customer calls per day; Take calls, answer questions, and serve as a liaison and advocate for our customers to ensure complete satisfaction
•
Schedule customer orders for delivery & pick up
•
Coordinate and route service requests for our customers with our in-house departments or appropriate external service providers
•
Research of customer needs and problems; development of informed, innovative solutions; and decisive action within defined parameters of authority; to build customer loyalty while maintaining the financial and procedural integrity of the case
•
Wage: The position starts between $17-20hr depending upon experience

Office AssistantQualifications
•
Previous experience answering a multi-line phone system
Responsibilities
•
Assisting customers over a multi-line phone system or in-person (i.e answer incoming calls, schedule service calls, look up requested parts)
•
Calling customers when ordered parts have come in and scheduling appointments for those customers
•
Greets and assists customers at the sales/parts counter
•
This position would require working every 3rd Saturday
Wage:
•
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
