What is the difference between the two Schaefer's Locations?

Our 4700 R St. Location is for Purchasing New Product while the 66th St. Location is for Purchasing Used Product, Servicing Appliances, and doubles as our Appliance Warehouse.

I can't find your stores can I get Directions?

4700 R St. - Northwest corner of 48th & R St. Intersection, Behind Raising Caine's, and Across from Target
66th St. - South of Vine St., West of 66th St., old Montgomery Wards Warehouse, Across from Dairy Queen

What Hours are you open?

4700 R St. - 10:00-9:00 M-F, 10:00-6:00 Sat, 12:00-5:00 Sun
66th St. Service - 8:30-5:30 M-F, 8:30-5:00 Sat, Closed Sun
66th St. Warehouse - Same as 4700 R St. except closes 1 hour earlier

Do you Deliver and/or Install In and Out-of-Town?

Yes, We Deliver in-town and out-of-town, plus we do limited installing of both our Appliances and our Electronics.

Do you haul away old units?

In most cases as part of your delivery fee we should be able to haul away an old unit.

Do you accept trade-ins?

No, though if possible we will haul away and dispose of your old unit as part of our delivery fee.

Do you Service Electronics?

No, only Appliances, but we suggest Sperry's TV (464-9181), Metro TV (466-9090) or All Tronix (476-8164).

Do you Repair Appliances?

Yes, our Service Center (located at the 66th St. Schaefer's) is an authorized servicer for most major brand appliances, feel free to call them at 402-464-8277.

Do you have a serviceman on call 24/7?

Unfortunatly No, you can call 402-464-8277 and leave a voice mail to be reached first thing in the morning.

My New Equipment is not working correctly can you help?

Most Days we will have phone representitives available for help troubleshooting at no charge, we can also send out our certified Installation representatives, Contact store for details and pricing (464-8888).

I lost my manual can I get a replacement?

Please browse our Product Links Section to find links to Manufactures Manual websites.

I lost/broke my remote control can I get a replacement?

Depending on the brand and type of remote we can sell you a universal remote, otherwise
Contact Sperry's TV (464-9181) to order a replacement.

Do you have any Cardboard Boxes?

Due to Saftey Restrictions we must crush down all Appliance Boxes, but we do have Electronic Boxes (Big Screens, etc.) available behind our 4700 R St Location, though trash does come on a daily basis.
