We bought this microwave/convection oven for the size and the fact that it matched our newly purchased Jenn-Air downdraft stovetop/oven. As the microwave is a built-in, we had our cabinets specifically dimensioned and built for the microwave. We love the microwave, but for the last four months we have waited while at least six trim kits have been ordered and returned due to MAJOR damage on all four corners and discoloration in the stainless steel finish. We finally accepted the last one that arrived today as we've given up on receiving a trim it that doesn't have flaws. Sad to report that this $300+ trim kit still has slight damage in all four corners. A formal letter is on its way to Jenn Air.
